1、如果View -> Toolbar勾选情况下, 直接点击按钮打开设置, 或是直接点击File -> Settings(或是快捷键)打开设置窗口.
2、搜索栏中输入Show quick documentation on mouse move 就搜索出来了 或是在Editor -> General -> Other中都可以看到查看快捷键
3、选中要查看的方法名 点击快捷键ctrl+q
