window install python easy_install

1. install python 2.X, eg 2.7

2. edit environment variable , add python path into PATH (better as adminstrator)

3. run ez_setup.py (because it is windows system)

4. just type easy_install in cmd windows

5. add easy_install path into PATH

6. restart computer
