　　美国人有一句，fake until you make it. 我们降生这个世界上，基本都是一场白纸的开始。什么事情都要重头开始学。但当我们上了年纪的时候，我们有时候怕新的东西，很怕挑战。其实我们需要做的就是简单的just do it. 自信很重要，假装自己无所不能地挑战一切东西。在一些偶遇场景上，中国人都闷声发大财，很少炫耀自己，很谦逊。美国佬一般都是I'm great. I'm really good. 有段时间我不懂，以为他们真的天天great这么爽爆吗？后来发现都是装的，美国佬一样具有七情六欲，也有事业家庭的困扰，但也不妨碍他们天天假装great。简单来说中国人是表面无表情，心理妈卖批，美国人是嘴上excellent，心理妈卖批。

　　对我来说，君子论迹不论心，论心无君子。有时候我们为了维护我们的人设，会做出一些东西来。虽然人不免得落于俗套，但我们仍然可以设立一个正能量的人设，强迫自己向前走。人就像一句广告词，你在别人的脑海印象只有短短几秒和几个关键词，就像把你的一生浓缩。简单明了就好：just do it. 只有你走的够快，疲劳，痛苦都会更不上你。
