访问webservice时，输入https://192.168.1.17:7443/CXF_Spring/SurveyWebService/vote?username=xusheng&point=10报错，错误信息如下：

解决：
采用 https://192.168.1.17:7443/CXF_Spring/SurveyWebService/vote/arg0/Michael1/arg1/1访问
