彩信MM7协议Soap包
经过一番辛苦努力，MM7协议重写成功。协议貌似Soap包但实际上只是HttpPost而已，对于.Net程序员想使用webservice来构造这种复杂的包还真是困难。
从重构中发现原来这么全国性的彩信协议也漏洞百出结构混乱，实在匪夷所思。
为给同行人一点帮助，把正确的一个彩信下行包的例子贴出来。
