1 是什么及与cmd区别

cmd有的PowerShell都有, PowerShell还有许多cmd没有的功能.

PowerShell 可以跨平台Win、Linux、MacOS

 

2 如何打开PowerShell

win + R > powershell，回车

在文件夹的地址栏输入powershell, 回车
