Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12514

在使用Oracle SQL Developer时，遇到以下问题：
状态: 失败 -测试失败: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
(CONNECTION_ID=w++gsIkwQB+f4YlRCo9RvQ==)

2.解决方法

1.我这里是当前数据库尚未打开（当前Oracle_SID对应的并不是想打开的数据库）
