<转>ORA-06413 连接未打开错误

ORA-06413 Connection not open.
Cause: Unable to establish connection.
Action: Use diagnostic procedures to ascertain exact problem

 

今天新安装了plsql developer，连数据库的时候报错这个ora 06413的错误，在控制台用sqlplus是可以连接的，在网上查了一下，可能是程序所在的目录有括号导致的，确实plsql developer的安装目录是在program file (x86)下，卸载重装，放在一个没有（）的路径下，问题解决。
