服务器应用程序不可用

When I run a asp.net web page , an error occured,the following is error message:

what is the reason?
 
Analysis:
1. Check web pages of other web application whether they can run normally.
Result: there is no problem in other web applications.
2. Check log of application in "Computer Management" and find such error messages as the following:
 

在同一 IIS 进程中不可能运行两个不同的 ASP.NET 版本。请使用 IIS 管理工具重新配置服务器以在一个单独的进程中运行应用程序。

 
Now we can draw an intermedia conclusion : the application that can be run normally must be using asp.net1.0 , while the others are using asp.net2.0
