Python安装，Anaconda安装，Python库 numpy，pandas，matplotlib安装

python安装有两种方式（1、使用python安装包安装；2、使用Anaconda套件安装）

建议使用Anaconda套件安装方式(不是很懂，不过应该会对之后相关配置会简单一点吧)

1、通过Anaconda安装Python

　　tips：要是遇到环境没有激活的问题

2、添加python的numpy和matplotlib库

3、安装pandas库 ：pip install pandas
