java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: The root scratch dir: /tmp/hive-grip on HDFS should be writable. Current permissions are: rwxrwxr-x

 

hdfs dfs -chmod -R 777 /tmp/hive-grip

权限是所有用户都可以使用就可以了：rwxrwxrwrx
