.Net Core 8 以Kestrel方式部署UOS(Debian) 访问windows上的SqlServer报错
windows上面运行core程序没问题，但是访问数据库会提示如下：
看官方文档，低版本的SqlServer TLS版本低于1.2：

uos报错如下：
