Vue中使用Better-scroll选项卡切换后不能滚动问题

问题： 选项卡切换之后，滚动无效的问题

解决方法： 在选项卡方法里重新调用refresh()方法，解决切换的时候高度问题不能滚动

例如：

tab(index) {
        this.num = index;
        this.$nextTick(() => {        // 实现滚动第6步:重新调用refresh()方法，解决切换的时候高度问题不能滚动
            this.dataScroll.refresh();
            this.dataScrollHours.refresh();
        })
    }
