八角行为分析法
八角行为分析法是帮助游戏设计师去设计一款产品或者是一件事物,包括工作、生活、目标管理、团队管理等等,使得产品和我们的工作生活方式能够得到更大力度的执行和普及,让人们在使用产品的过程中就像在玩有意思的游戏一样,从中获得快乐和成就感,最终帮助企业实现业务目标,这样便实现了多方共赢的局面。

自我决定论(英语:Self-determination theory, SDT)的中心信仰是以人的自然本质而言,会出现持续正向的信念,这样的信念会反复出现,努力达成自我承诺又名为"内在增长趋势", 而同时人也具有与生俱来的心理需求,用以做为自我激发(self-motivation)与个性整合(personality-integration)的用途。
SDT研究至今的关键依旧在内在动机与外在动机的相对关系。
内在动机(或内在激励)即关系、能力和自主
指的是任务本身的兴趣或愉悦带来的动机,这存在于个体内部而非依赖于任何外部力量的驱动。内在动机是个体发自内心对于该项事物感到好奇,感到有兴趣,并认为能借由做这件事达成满足感与获得刺激。
外在动机(或外在激励)指的是从事某个活动的行为是为了取得外部收入,这种动机常常与内在动机相抵触。外在动机来源于个体的外部。通常的外在动机如金钱、分数、强迫、惩罚等。竞争总体上也属于外在动机,因为它鼓励人们打败胜过其他人,而非享受行为内在的回报。
