摘要：最近用java做项目，用的IDE是myeclipse，平时用惯了vs，现在用它真是有点不习惯，甚至有点觉得弱智代码文件的编码问题，竟然都要程序员自己处理，我X。。。。。没有办法，只能把之前已经存在的项目，全部转成跟现在的一致，免得各个项目都设置一遍编码贴上c#做的小工具：using System;using System.Collections.Generic;using System.ComponentModel;using System.Data;using System.Drawing;using System.IO;using System.Linq;using System.Text
