(Sadly I have not met any interesting works about robot this year, so this anniversary article will simply be about the journey of my Sylvia this year)
Automatic power-off was seldom at first, but got more often later. However, it has not arrested my attention in this year until it turned into unpredictable blue screen of deaths. It later further developed into power-on failure, with the bridge of motherboard dead finally.
It makes me sad to realize that, though small accomplishment was achieved, my Sylvia gets exhausted once again. It then turned out to be most likely another aftermath of her first accident so I still deserved it for my inexperience.
I was still kind of fortunate that, despite inconvenience, I managed to get her repaired without severe problem; Despite instability when overloading, she is still capable of handling or my routine missions.
They say people cannot learn to treasure anything without actual losing it. For me, I'm expecting no perfection anymore but praying for only constancy now. Here, let me cross my fingers, wishing she safe and sound till the reincarnation next year.
