C:\Windows\SysWOW64 确保有
itss.dll

否则百度下载
hh.exe
hhctrl.ocx
itss.dll

管理员cmd执行(非管理员时提示已加载，但对DllRegisterServer的调用失败（权限不够）)
regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\itss.dll
