cursor, hand的问题 -- Firefox不兼容，用pointer代替hand

如下的HTML：

<tr onmouseover="this.style.cursor='hand'">
.......
</tr>

作用是当鼠标移到这个tr上的时候，鼠标变成手型，但是这段代码在Firefox中无效。原因是cursor='hand'，这里面的hand是 不符合w3c标准的，这是IE发明的，w3c的标准应该是cursor='pointer'，IE为了和老版本IE兼容所以保留了下来。

所以，正确的应该是

<tr onmouseover="this.style.cursor='pointer'">
.......
</tr>

这样，IE和Firefox中都可以正常显示了。
