20170329plsql连接oracle

1.将instantclient_11_2放到oracle安装目录中,D:\app\Administrator\product

2.打开PLSQL,打开工具中的首选项，注销项选择'提交'，然后配置参数：

oracle主目录名:即instantclient_11_2的路径 D:\app\Administrator\product\instantclient_12_1

oci库：instantclient_11_2路径下的oci.dll D:\app\Administrator\product\instantclient_12_1\oci.dll

3.配置环境变量:

TNS_ADMIN:即oracle目录中NETWORK\ADMIN所在路径 D:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN

NLS_LANG:SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK
