1. 新建maven项目

2. 在pom.xml中添加rabbitmq依赖

3. 在pom.xml中添加junit

<dependency>
    <groupId>junit</groupId>
    <artifactId>junit</artifactId>

    <scope>test</scope>
</dependency>

4. 新建send_msg类，发送消息：
