什么进程可以关了

终止一些用不上的服务：(被我终止的服务列表以及相关说明，根据自己的情况酌情处理)

微软说使用空闲的网络带宽传数据
　　4)clip book 与远程电脑来共享剪贴板内容，我看还是免了吧

说什么要维护网络更新列表
　　6)DHCP client 我不需要这东西
　　7)Distributed linktracking client
保持局域网连接更新等信息，偶很少用局域网，这东西占用4M左右内存。

协调xxx，和上面的差不多

　　做完这两点，相信你的电脑已经快了N多吧！那么就进行最后的设置吧(重点终极优化内存的使用，在有限的内存发挥出最大的效率)
　　打开任务管理器(不要说你不会哦，按Ctrl+Alt+delete)在进程中只保留下列程序：System
Idle
process
　　system
　　smss.exe
　　csrss.exe
　　winlogon.exe
　　services.exe
　　lsass.exe
　　svchost.exe
　　svchost.exe
　　taskmgr.exe
　　exelporer.exe
　　需要说明的是用户根据自己的电脑情况运行设置如：
　　System
Idle
process，system，smss.exe，csrss.exe，winlogon.exe
　　services.exe，lsass.exe这些都是系统用进~不可结束的
　　taskmgr.exe是任务管理器
　　下面的设置要注意，搞不懂到时别骂我^-^
　　exelporer.exe是用户的Shell,任务条，桌面，资源管理器等，如果终止后，桌面就什么都没有了，此程序用的内存比较多，不过对于我们资源紧张的电脑
　　还是终止它吧！那么桌面什么都没有我们怎么运行其它程序呢？这时按Ctrl+Alt+Delete在应用程序中寻新任务”在路径中输入要运行的程序，这时我们就可以运行其它的程序了
　　如：运行MF天堂II(看自己的情况)
　　E:\LineageII\system\L2.exe
　　经过上面所有的优化，用一些软件整理一下内存(如WINDOWS优化大师的内存整理器)相信现在可用的内存应该有80多M了
　　我的电脑经过上的优化，玩MF还是可以，不过所有的特效都要关掉~，另外玩MF的朋友最好不要呆在城里或人的地方，最好是选一个新服务器玩，这样就不会很卡！如果在城里卡住了，最好重启电脑再上，这样就不卡了！
