Mvc.ExceptionHandling.AbpExceptionFilter - Access to the path 'D:\Apps\ems\wwwroot\file\locationqr\打包.zip' is denied.

此错误表示user用户没有写入、修改文件的权限。

解决方法：

在文件或文件夹上右键属性添加user用户的写入、修改文件的权限
