Uncaught TypeError: $.templates is not a function

.net mvc 4.0页面出现这种情况，该引用的jsrender和jquery都引用了，我是因为这条语句引起的Layout = null，因为在头部没有加上这一句，不写Layout = null;的情况下都会引用_Layout.cshtml这个模板，太具体原理我也暂时不太懂。加上这一句就好了。
