connect() to 192.168.15.101:8080 failed (13: Permission denied) while connect to upstream

在设置nginx的反向代理的时候，会出现这样一个错误。

这里是指的nginx代理的网页出现错误，但是我代理的是tomcat的8080端口，而tomcat是正常运行可以访问的。
这里需要关闭selinux，进入配置文件。

vim /etc/selinux/config

修改SELINUX为disabled

#SELINUX=enforcing
SELINUX=disabled

然后重启reboot
