Unable to find vcvarsall.bat

在 pip install GeoIP是收到如下错误提示：

 

 error: Microsoft Visual C++ 10.0 is required (Unable to find vcvarsall.bat).

 

解决方案就是安装VISUAL STUDIO 2010.
