按照命令操作后,对应的进程 ora_s000_db1 涉及的 ID号码没有变化；kill 对应进程后,ora_s000_db1 ID 号发生改变,官方建议先观察.
国庆期间,再出发生该错误；SR给出建议
因涉及 系统用户收集统计信息,故暂时未按照要求操作；
