[Android]ADB Server didn't ACK错误的解决方法

Eclipse中调试的时候报错

[2014-06-18 13:07:49 - DinnerBooker] The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.
[2014-06-18 13:07:49 - DinnerBooker] You must restart adb and Eclipse.
[2014-06-18 13:07:49 - DinnerBooker] Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'E:\android\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20140321\sdk\platform-tools\adb.exe' and can be executed.

到CLI上随便跑一个adb命令，显示adb server is out of date. killing ...的错误, 初看以为adb过期了...实际上不是这样。

跑一下adb nodaemon server 发现是不能绑定tcp端口 5037， 查看端口占用情况， 然后从任务管理器终止进程25188, 重启adb与eclipse就可以了。
