Operating Mode -- can be used to define how many WP for dialog WP and how many for background WP.Say we can have 20 for a certain instance. We can use op mode to set 15 dialog WP 5 background WP during daytime, and 5 dialogy WP 15 backgound WP during night.
Two very important T-code for using Operating Mode (Op.Mode):
- RZ04 : to define operating mode for different instances
- SM63 : to assign operating mode to instance time intervals
- RZ03: to activate op mode
Non-op Mode:by default, the wp number is set by profile:profile: RZ10 (extended maitenance)
