多个Cache的异同。
MSDN2008 里关于ASP.NET里的几个Cache的解释：
Page.Cache Property : Gets the Cache object associated with the application in which the page resides.
HttpContext.Cache Property : Gets the Cache object for the current application domain.
HttpRuntime.Cache Property : Gets the Cache for the current application.
——也就是说，没区别！
