修改ospf-hello/dead时间间隔
原因：快速检测到网络故障
手工修改ospf hello间隔和dead间隔
ip ospf hello-interval seconds
ip ospf dead-interval seconds
ospf要求两台路由器匹配一致hello间隔和dead间隔才能形成相邻关系(不一定）
两台路由器在建立ospf相邻关系之前，必须统一几个值：
hello间隔、dead间隔和网络类型 area id 认证 末节区域
ospf hello数据包都会通过组播发送给allspfrouters的专用地址224.0.0.5
cisco所用的默认段路间隔为hello间隔的四倍
验证ospf邻居关系
验证ospf相邻关系并排除相应的故障的命令：
show ip ospf neighbor
如果未显示相邻路由器的id,或未显示full状态，则表明两台路由器未建立ospf相邻关系
