web容易乱码，最近有乱码了，透死了！
搞了半天，终于好了：
1 String comment = new String(request.getParameter("comment").getBytes("8859_1"), "utf-8");
// 前台好像是 解析出问题了，因为是get方法，传输不被加密，所以tomcat默认收到的编码就是iso8859-1
