即使用ASPxGridView.CellEditorInitialize 时间，在事件中可使用the e.Editor.Value (e.Column.FieldName == FieldNameHere) 的值获得相应的值

具体方法如下：在ASPxGridView.CellEditorInitialize

        ASPxTextBox txt = e.Editor as ASPxTextBox;
