\(\frac{\sum f[i]}{\sum t[i]}\) 极大值为 \(μ\in\left(0,1000\right]\),采用二分搜索答案方法不断枚举 \(mid\)

\(\frac{\sum f[i]}{\sum t[i]}>mid\)\(\sum f[i]-\mu*\sum t[i]=\sum \left(f[i]-mid\times t[i]\right)>0\) 成立即图中存在正环,

则二分后一半区间,反之二分前一半区间。
