applicationContext.xml报错org.springframework.orm.hibernate3.LocalSessionFactoryBean not found
解决办法：
1.打开项目的 Java Build Path
2.选择 MyEclipse Libraries
3.选择spring 的 Core 和 Persistence Libraries
