分两步
第一步：制作favicon.ico图标，这个图标要用专门ico工具制作，或者在线制作http://www.favicon-icon-generator.com/favicon，生成的图标文件名称为favicon.icon，规格为16*16的。
第二步：将favicon.ico图标放在工程WebContent根目下，并在登陆页面的<head></head>标签放入一下两段代码：<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico"/>
<link rel="bookmark" href="/favicon.ico"/>即可
注： 如果访问不生效清空缓存和tomcat或jboss下的缓存，再不行搜索tomcat或jboss目录下的favicon.ico，如果有搜索到则替换你自己制作的图标。我用的是jboss发布的经自己测试后有效。tomcat的没试过估计差不多。
