快捷批量压缩图片

背景

gitee和github图床存储的图片不能超过1MB(免费用还要啥自行车呀)

注意事项

• 图片的格式只能是下面三种：png,jpg,jpeg
• target_size:设置的图像的压缩后的大小
• 待处理图片放在一个文件夹
• 命令行运行：

python xx.py (代码名称) xxx (待处理文件夹路径)
