Error filterStart Context [/toucher] startup failed due to previous errors

   用Myeclipse新建web项目,接着右键新建jsp,添加tomcat服务器,在IE中可以访问jsp.

   但是接着右键MyEclips添加struts项目2.1,通过IE继续访问jsp时却无法访问.MyEclipse的Console中出现

 

   问题:

   严重:  Error filterStart 
   严重: Context [/toucher] startup failed due to previous errors 

 

  查了很多方法都没用,之前安装的是MyEclipse8.5和tomcat5.0以及jdk6.0

 

   解决办法:

   最后重新安装了MyEclipse9.0和Tomcat7.0问题解决
