Cython的坑(未解决）

使用pycharm出现了错误：

Compile Cython Extensions Error

点击install无效，各种方法都无效，网上说需要Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools，使用Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools修复仍然无效；

找到一个Cython下载包直接安装，出现了新的错误：
