AttributeError: partially initialized module 'cv2' has no attribute 'VideoCapture' (most likely due to a circular import）

刚出这个问题的时候我以为是库什么的突然升级了（因为昨天可以运行，今天突然报错了）

仔细观察，发现一个我自己建的文件
感觉是因为憨憨命名的缘故，导致出现的这个问题，把那个文件的名字改一下
