Sql Server Compact Edtion 是文件数据库，可以通过在连接串指定 password 进行加密。
如果要取消加密，则不需要指定password 属性。很多人会以为password 是类似于大型数据库 的用户的密码，其实不是。
如果制定了password，则自动使用这个密码对数据库文件进行加密，即便你指定了 Encrypt Database=false。
