vue项目启动报错 Error: spawn cmd ENOENT

一、yarn serve 启动vue项目，如下报错：

　　二、报错原因：

电脑缺少cmd运行程序的环境变量

　　

三、解决方案：
环境变量Path中添加C:\Windows\System32或者 %SystemRoot%\system32
具体步骤：
右键我的电脑--高级系统设置--高级--环境变量--系统变量，找到Path，添加就可以了

注意：设置完记得关闭vscode，重新启动vscode才可以生效哦！
