Notes COM calling with 80040154 error

Today, I tried to put a programe which is run smoothly in my machine (X86 windows server 2003) into a server (X64), it pop up error message with ...... 80040154 error. That is call COM throw exception. I find the root cause at IBM formal web site https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21454291. with important message :

Cause

The Domino COM classes are not supported on a 64-bit OS. Updating the classes
for 64-bit is under consideration but not currently planned.
