1.善用比喻和举例。

2.根据对方的身份来提供其所需要的信息。比如，是闲聊？是正式谈话？是简短介绍？

 

3.使用不同的方式来解说。比如，解释同一样事情/事物，对同行可以用术语，对外行则要用一些相对简单的说法。

 

4.不要滔滔不绝，要有停顿，适时地问对方有无疑问。

如果解释之后对方还是不明白，改用其他方式来解释。
