如果以前是做开发的，那TEST做半年/1年就行，如果以前不是开发的，TEST最好是做3年，不过2年以上也可以发，

• 5 years experience developing test scripts, requirements traceability matrices, test plans and supporting data, as well as experience testing business applications
• 3+ years experience using automated tools, i.e. HP/Mercury Interactive test suite(QuickTest Pro,LoadRunner and Quality Center) to perform functional, load and/or stress testing
• Experience with SQL for test validation and data mining
• 3+ years experience  of Quality Assurance principles and practices

Description
Requirements
• 4+ software testing experience in US software company, especially on functional and automation testing on web application.
• 1+ project management/team lead’s experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of test cycles, test tools, and testing methodologies.
• Extensive experience with black box, white box and automation test (Familiarity with Selenium or WebDriver is preferred)
• Good requirement analysis and test case design/execution capability.
• Knowledge of SOA, web service, XML, SQL.
• Familiar with web service testing. (Familiar with web service testing tools is preferred.)
• Technical competency with SQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, Java. J2EE and Apache is a plus.
• Certain experience in working with development team closely with join efforts on Java/SQL code review and unit test.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• A BS in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Ability to work as part of global / cross-cultural team.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills required.
• Performance experience is preferred.
• Working experience in Agile/Scrum project is preferred.
