SpringBoot 实现jar lib config 分离

这两天有任务需要用到springboot 微服务相关

下面就是解决几个问题：

1、实现依赖包分离，这样打出来的jar包大小就很小，适合jar包不变，程序更新

2、读取配置文件，配置文件肯定后期会根据程序需要变更，所以需要将配置文件放到外部

springboot 默认读取配置文件的优先级
