The remote procedure call failed and did not execute的解决办法

具体症状是：打开IIS随便访问一个.asp文件，提示The remote procedure call failed and did not execute，再刷新变为：-2147467259 (0x80004005)，再刷新就变回去了，就在那两句错误中不断的重复，访问htm文件正常，说明一个问题，出在asp的解析上

我以前曾经遇到过，重装IIS无果，上baidu放狗搜，未果，偶然的机会随便试了一个方法，结果成功。

方法是：开始 运行 regsvr32 vbscript.dll
