Office 365: POP, IMAP and SMTP settings for Office 365

The following settings are the official POP, IMAP and SMTP settings provided by Microsoft for Office 365. You can find these settings in the following locations:

In the Outlook Web App, go to Settings-->Mail-->"POP and IMAP".

 

POP settings	Server name: outlook.office365.com Port: 995 Encryption method: SSL
IMAP settings	Server name: outlook.office365.com Port: 993 Encryption method: SSL
SMTP settings	Server name: smtp.office365.com Port: 587 Encryption method: TLS or STARTTLS

Notes:

When asked for your user ID use the format userid@domain Name. Example: rusking@test.com

Authentication method should be set to normal password.
