anaconda重装后创建虚拟环境失败

问题：

　　在anaconda创建一个虚拟环境，却显示网络问题

(base) C:\Users\xxx>conda create -n pyqt5 python=3.9

解决办法：

　　删除.condarc文件

在Prompt使用以下的命令找到.condarc文件所在位置

conda config --show-sources
