qwen2.5 发布

就在今天qwen2.5 发布了，同时集成ollama 相关的镜像官方也提供了，对于函数调用的模版也支持已经修改了

说明

如果自己基于官方的gguf 文件进行模型构建需要先进行模型的合并，因为进行了拆分(hf 也有单独的gguf 文件)
