nginx 使用mime.types 解决mac safari excel xls 下载格式为xls.xlw 问题
这个问题属于mac safari的问题，解决方法很简单，就是自定义mime.types 对于xls
解析为application/octet-stream 就可以了

说明
如果xlsx 存在类似问题，解决方法一样，毕竟目前浏览器还是不能直接显示excel 的，对于多级nignx 场景(nginx proxy 上游也是nginx)，可能需要结合修改header 的nginx 扩展了，支持
修改header 的扩展headers-more-nginx-module
